Bielefeld. a+f GmbH has received a further major order for the construction of solar parks in southern Italy. This is a follow-up order from a German investor. The project has a total value of Euro 37.8 million.
Bielefeld. a+f GmbH has concluded another solar order. The project has a total value of Euro 43.2 million and continues the successful establishment in the Italian solar market.
Bielefeld. GILDEMEISTER and Mori Seiki offer their customers financing solutions when buying metal cutting machine tools from the beginning 2010. Today both companies together with the japanese trading enter-prise Mitsui & Co. Ltd. signed a contract founding a joint venture.
Bielefeld. Dr.-Ing. Masahiko Mori has been appointed as the new member of the GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft Supervisory Board. He succeeds Dr. Klaus Kessler, who retired from the board.
The entire economic situation continues to be affected by the recession. The global machine tool market is suffering its historically worst crisis. In Germany, consumption in the first nine months of the year slumped by 66%. GILDEMEISTER, too, clearly felt the effects of a strong reluctance to purchase.

Bielefeld. With order intake of € 52.6 million and 254 machines sold, GILDEMEISTER draws a positive balance of the EMO 2009 in Milan, which ended on Saturday evening.
Bielefeld. a+f GmbH is further building upon its market position in Italy. The Würzburg enterprise has once again received a major order for the "SunCarrier" to a total value of Euro 36.0 million.

Bielefeld. With a Grand Opening on 7 July, GRAZIANO Tortona S.r.l. (Tortona, Italy) – a GILDEMEISTER group company – officially opened its new machining workshops and, at the same time, presented the combined “Drehverbund” (Turning Association).
Bielefeld. DMG Vertriebs und Service GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the GILDEMEISTER group, will commence joint sales and services with the Japanese machine tool manufacturer, Mori Seiki Co. LTD. (Nagoya), on 1 July.

GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft has signed a cooperation agreement with the Japanese machine tool manufacturer, Mori Seiki Co. LTD. (Nagoya). The cooperation covers production, purchasing and the development of machines, as well as sales and services in selected markets.

With order intake of € 22.5 million and 138 machines sold, GILDEMEISTER takes positive stock with DMG China of the most important machine tool trade fair in Asia, the CIMT in Beijing, which ended on Saturday.
a+f GmbH, a GILDEMEISTER group company, has concluded a further major order for a total value of 12 million Euro. For the first time the “SunCarrier“ are to be supplied to Italy. In taking this step, GILDEMEISTER is now entering the Italian solar market.
With order intake of € 82.4 million and 329 machines sold, GILDEMEISTER looks back on a very favourable result from the first main autumn trade fairs in the major consumer countries of Germany and the USA. The AMB in Stuttgart and the IMTS in Chicago and, which both were running out on Saturday, set a successful tone for the end of year rush.
a+f GmbH, a company of the GILDEMEISTER Group, has secured yet another major order to the tune of Euro 21.6 million. The Würzburg-based company closed the order following the world’s largest trade fair for solar technology, the Intersolar 2008 in Munich.
